Last updated: January 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the activities and business types that are not permitted on brantechcompanyllc.com, in our consultancy engagements, or in connection with payments processed through our payment processor. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.

We use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. To accept card payments, we and our clients must comply with the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe's list of restricted businesses. This AUP mirrors and extends those requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders and refund payments where we reasonably believe an engagement violates this policy.

  • Narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or any product marketed for substance abuse.
  • Unregistered or unlicensed pharmaceuticals, supplements, or medical devices.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories.
  • Adult content, escort services, or any sexually-oriented goods or services.

  • Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence against any individual or group.
  • Doxxing services, stalkerware, spyware, or services designed to violate privacy.
  • Credential-stuffing tools, account-cracking services, or any service whose primary use is unauthorized access to systems.

2. Restricted businesses (case-by-case)

We may decline or pause an engagement in the following categories pending additional due diligence, licensing review, or written representations:

  • Cryptocurrency, digital asset and DeFi services.

  • Submit malware, viruses or other harmful code through any form, upload or message.
  • Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
